Financial Policy

Patients Without Insurance:

  • A 5% discount is given for check or cash payment
  • Or a 3% discount is given for credit card payment
  • Received the day of service

Patients With Insurance:
As a service to you, our staff will process and submit your insurance claims. The estimated portion of your bill is due the day of service, and is not subject to the discount. We understand that most insurance claims involve some delay before payment is received, however, if your insurance company does render its portion within 45 days, the outstanding balance is your responsibility and due immediately.

Payment Plans:
For balances over $300, payment plans are available. For additional information regarding payment options, please feel to ask any of our front office staff. The utilization of any payment plan must be approved prior to the initiation of any dental treatment.

Payment is requested the day of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Noncompliance with this policy may result in the assessment of late charges. Payment may be rendered as cash, check, Mastercard or Visa. If you have any questions regarding fees and/or this financial policy, we will discuss this before initiating any scheduled treatment
